Common Threads Partners with Aïda Phillips PR LLC for Upcoming Benefit Event

For Immediate Release- Common Threads announced today the partnership with Aïda Phillips PR LLC to raise awareness of the organization in the Miami community.
Common Threads is a non-profit organization that teaches low-income children to cook wholesome and affordable meals, because they believe that through hands-on cooking classes, they can help prevent childhood obesity and reverse the trend of generations of non-cookers, while celebrating cultural differences and the things people all over the world have in common.
Common Threads began out of the love of family and good food, two basic ingredients that link all people of this world together.
Public Relations specialist Aïda Phillips has been tapped in for her experience in both the media relations and corporate relations realms to collaborate with Mimi Chacin, Miami Program Manager, in the coordination of the first annual Common Threads Fundraising Event – World Festival Miami
“We are thrilled to establish a name for ourselves in the Miami community and our organization is pleased to have Aïda Phillips on board to reach our goal.” said Linda Novick O’Keefe, Executive Director for Common Threads Organization based in Chicago. “We feel that everyone should have the opportunity to create a healthier meal for their families, and we are confident that the Miami market is perfect to implement our mission.”
Common Thread’s 1st Annual World Festival Miami will take place at The Palms Hotel & Spa on November 1st and will feature local celebrity Chefs.

For more information about how to sponsor the event or for interviews please contact Aïda Phillips at Aida@AidaPhillipsPR.com or call (305)785-6039.
